Canellation policy
The Maxx Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you adhere to our salon guidelines which requires all cancelation or rescheduling of appointments made well in advance and done so in our operating hours.
This allows us to book another guest in your time slot. Short notice in regards to cancelation will result in a fee. $50 for hair cut services and $100 for combined colour and cut services. Confirmation text are sent or calls are made to you 3 days prior to your appointment to confirm.
We kindly ask that you respond with a YES to confirm you appointment. If we can not reach your then your appointment may be given to someone on our wait list. Whilst we understand life and plans may change last minute, we ask that all guests adhere to our cancelation policy so all is fair for our guests and team.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment this must be done 48-24 hours before your appointment. You may be asked to provide a non-refundable deposit of $100 for colour services or $50 for haircut service.
This amount will come off your bill at the end. In the event of a no-show or last minute cancelation this deposit will go towards covering costs incurred for the time slot allocated to you.
The Maxx Cancellation Policy:
Please ensure prompt arrival for your appointment as late arrivals affect other clients and our daily time management. Please be mindful of being on your phone, please switch your phone to silent and avoid having loud conversations over the phone.
We have worked hard to provide a space that is relaxing and ask that you are mindful to other guests trying to enjoy some ‘me’ time. We ask that all guest are polite and courteous to our team and other guests.
This may not be possible and that’s totally ok but when you can we ask that children are not left waiting in the waiting area. We want you to be able to enjoy your time and sit back and relax.
If you do bring children with you please make sure they have entertainment and food to keep them occupied.
